The USDSA awarded the Emlenton Borough Police Department with Ballistic Vests and a Preliminary Breath Tester (PBT) to combat drunk driving and underage drinking. Pictured at left are Chief Siegel, Patrolman O'neil, and Patrolman Ragley with some of the donated items.
