Members of the Hugoton Police Department, the Inman Police Department, the Holcomb Police Department, the Coldwater Police Department, the Hoisington Police Department, the Dodge City Police Department, the Fort Hays State University Police Department, the Hays Police Department, the McPherson County Sheriff's Office, the Ford County Sheriff's Office, and the Wallace County Sheriff's Office were in attendance.
